We do not stock thousands of records and so can grade each item accurately. Most records are played before grading to avoid disappointment.
Every record is cleaned before grading and dispatched in a protective PVC sleeve.
Please be aware that any taxes levied by the country of domicile of the purchaser are the responsibility of the purchaser.
We do not currently accept orders from the Russian federation.

Grading

Mint (M) - The record should be in new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The Cover should be in perfect condition along with any extra items.
Excellent (EX) - The record shows signs of having been played but displays minimal deterioration in sound quality. The Cover may have slight wear or creasing.
Very Good (VG) - The record has been played many times. Surface marks and light scratches evident but no major deterioration of sound quality. The Cover displays normal wear and tear without major defects.

+/- indicates a condition slightly above or below the normal grading level

Return Policy

If you are not happy with the Goods supplied due to misgrading a full refund will be supplied providing we are notified within 7 days of receipt.
In the event of dissatisfaction please notify us describing the problem. We will acknowledge your complaint and ask you to return the goods supplied.
Postage is not refundable on returned goods.
